(1) The copies shall be charged at the following rates, subject to a surcharge of 25% and 50%, in the Courts of Magistrates and in Sessions Courts respectively on copying and comparing fees: (i) For copying: (a) English documents. 5 Ps. for every 25 words or fraction thereof. (b) Regional document. 5 Ps. for every 33 words or fraction thereof. (ii) For examining and comparing. 5 Ps. for every 100 words or fraction thereof. (iii) For paper. 2 Ps. which may, having regard to the cost of paper, be raised to 3 Ps. by the Sessions Judge for each sheet of paper.
