Where different persons apply each for single copy of the same document each should be supplied, at full rates with an original and not a carbon copy. But if one person applies for more than one copy of the same document, he shall, on request, be given carbon copies, in addition to the original copy at the full rate, upto a maximum of five and should be charged 1/4th of the fee prescribed in paragraph 391 with carbon copies. The paper charges shall be the same for both carbon and original copies.
