(i) A party to any proceedings or his lawyer may obtain uncertified copies of evidence recorded by the Sessions Judge or Special Judge, on payment of the following charges, subject to the regulations made by the High Court as reproduced in Civil Manual:— (a) If only one party applies for a copy, per folio of 100 words or fraction thereof—12 Ps. 10 Ps. (b) If two parties apply for copies, per folio of 100 words or fraction thereof—8 Ps. per party. (c) If more than two parties apply for copies per folio of 100 words or fraction thereof—8 Ps. per party. (ii) Out of the fees recovered as above, one half shall be paid to the Stenographer or typist making out the copies and the balance shall be credited to Government.
