(1) The following fee is sanctioned for the translation of any document in a foreign language into English for the information of the accused or of the Court in Criminal cases. 50 paise for the first 100 words or fraction of 100 words. 25 paise for every subsequent 100 words or fraction of 100 words. (2) If such translations are made by a member of the establishment outside office hours or by any person other than the member of the staff specially appointed for the purpose, the fees recovered in respect of such translation shall be paid to him.
