Superintendents, Sheriedars and Registrar of the Court of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Sheriestedar and the Clerks in the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrates and Senior Clerks and Clerks in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrates, and Judicial Magistrates, dealing with the cash or stamp or mundaml property shall give security for the amount and in the manner prescribed in the case of Nazir and Clerks, respectively, in the Court of the Civil Judge, (J.D.)
