The Clerk of the Court may, in the temporary absence of the Sessions Judge and when there is no Additional or Assistant Judge or the Chief Judicial Magistrate, available at the Head quarters, adjourn proceedings and make orders as to re-attendance of witnesses and, if necessary, accept bail from any apprehended witnesses.
