The clerk taking charge of the library shall report to the presiding Judicial Magistrate or the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, as the case may be, that he has checked the books with the register. If any books are missing or damaged, he shall prepare a list thereof and submit it to the Magistrate for his orders.
