If an accused pleads guilty in the Court of any Metropolitan Magistrate in Ahmedabad and in the Court of Magistrate in a district town, in a traffic case, the Magistrate may, in lieu of a rozname, enter the details as to how the complaint was proceeded with, either on the complaint itself or on a separate sheet of paper.
