When it appears to the Magistrate that the offence is exclusively triable by the Court of Session, the Magistrate shall— (1) Cause the copies of the statements and other documents furnished to the accused as provided in Section 207 or Section 208, Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. After the Magistrate is personally satisfied that all the copies of statements and other documents as specified in above referred sections are supplied, the Magistrate shall commit the accused to the Court of Session under Section 209 of the Code.
