A Magistrate should not postpone the committal of an accused person to the Sessions Court merely on the ground that the report of the Chemical Analyser in regard to articles sent to him for examination has not been received. In such cases the committing Magistrates shall forward along with the committal order the list of the articles sent to the Chemical Analyser stating the date on which they were sent.
