Statutory text

The Judicial Magistrates should submit to the Sessions Judge and the Metropolitan Magistrates should submit through the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad, before 5th of each month the list, in Form No. 44 of the cases likely to be committed to the Court of Session during the month.
