Statutory text

PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN UNDER THIS ACT.--(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under or In pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government for any damage or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provisions contained in this Act or any rules made thereunder.
