Partners are bound to carry on the business of the firm to the greatest common advantage, to be just and faithful to each other, and to render true accounts and full information of all things affecting the firm to any partner or his legal representative. STATE AMENDMENT Amendment of section 9 of Act IX of 1932.—In section 9 of the principal Act for the words “or his legal representative” the words “, his heir or legal representative” shall be substituted.
