MVA 188 — Punishment for abetment of certain offences

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988

Statutory text

Whoever abets the commission of an offence under section 184 or section 185 or section 186
shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence.
Corresponding Law. - Section 188 corresponds to section 119 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939.
Objects and Reasons. - Clause 188 makes provision for abetment of certain offences.
