(1) A Revenue-officer may give and apportion the costs of any proceeding under this Act in any manner he thinks fit. (2) But if he orders that the cost of any such proceeding shall not follow the event, he shall record his reasons for the order. 153 Computation of periods limited for appeals and applications for review.—In the computation of the period for an appeal from, or an application for the review of, an order under this Act the limitation therefor shall be governed by the Indian Limitation Act, 1877 (XV of 1877).
