PLRA 63 — Orders to regulate payment of land-revenue

Statutory text

(1) Notwithstanding anything in any record-of-rights, the Financial Commissioner may fix the number and amount of the installments, and the times, places and manner, by, at and in which land-revenue is to be paid.

(2) Until the Financial Commissioner otherwise directs, land-revenue shall be payable by the installments, at the times and places and in the manner by, at and in which it is payable at the commencement of this Act.
