Punjab Pre-emption Act, 1913
In respect of all sales and foreclosures not completed before the commencement of this Act the right of pre-emption shall be determined by the provisions of this Act ; but in respecfi of all sales and foreclosures completed before the commence-ment of this Act the right of pre-emption shall be determined by the law in force at the tirrie of such completion.
