Punjab Pre-emption Act, 1913
In the case of a foreclosure of the right to redeem village immov-abl:: property, the provisions of sections 15 and 17 and in the case of a fore-closure of the right to redeem urba~ immovable property, the provisions of sections I6 and 17 shall be costrued by the Court with such alterations, not affecting the subrtance, as may be necessry or proper to adapt them to the matter before the Court.
