Punjab Pre-emption Act, 1913
No decree shall be granted in a suit for pre-emprionQin lespect of the sale of agricultural land until the plaintiff has satisfied the Court - (a) that the sale of in respect of which pre-emptio~r is claimed is not in contravenrion of the Punjab Alieiiatio~~ of Land Act, : and 2. It applies to all suits or appeals pel~divg On, or instituted after, the commencement of this Act. (b) that he is not debarred by the provisions of section 14 of this Act from exercising the right ofpre-eiption.
